Keep every client store in line with the setup you approved
The short answer
Reqursor Platform keeps one approved setup on record for every store. It is designed to check each live store against that setup on a schedule, show unexpected changes in your dashboard and hold a proposed fix until you confirm it.
One approved setup per store
Every store has one official description of what it should be: its design, pages, settings and features. It is kept on record, and what is actually running is checked against it.
The record decides. If the two disagree, the live store has changed unexpectedly, never the other way around.
What gets checked
A store matches only when every area agrees. There is no such thing as mostly matching. The six areas are:
- The systems behind the store, with nothing missing and nothing extra.
- The exact, verified version of every piece of software.
- Every setting and feature switch.
- The live store itself: the homepage is the right color, checkout responds and the right theme is active.
- The computing power the store was assigned.
- Its separation from other stores.
What a match does and does not tell you
A match only means the store is what its own approved setup says it should be. It does not say the setup itself is a good one: a store set up with too little memory matches faithfully while being under resourced.
The check is about accuracy, not a judgment about quality.
When someone changes a store outside Reqursor
A plugin updated from the store's own admin or a setting changed by hand counts as an unexpected change. It is never quietly accepted as the new setup.
The AI is designed to read the evidence and propose one of two paths: put the saved setup back, or update the saved setup to match. Neither happens until you confirm.
Reqursor Platform is designed to notify you right away about a serious change, list one that lingers in a daily digest and flag many stores changing at once as a possible shared problem.
One store's problem stays in that store
Each store runs in its own separate environment, with its own network, storage, computing power and secrets. A store cannot reach another store's network, storage or secrets.
Good fit
- Agencies whose stores end up different from each other as quick fixes and manual edits pile up.
- Teams whose staff or clients sometimes change things in a store's own admin and need to see it.
- Agencies that want a clear status for each store instead of a general sense that things look fine.
Not the right fit
- You need one change pushed to every store at once today. Updating all your stores at once is still being built out.
- You expect problems to be fixed with no approval step. Reqursor Platform works out the cause and proposes a fix for you to approve.
- Your clients' stores run on a store platform other than the one supported today, or you cannot start with a pilot.
- Running stores around the clock is still in progress in early access.
Frequently asked questions
A change nobody asked for: the store's real setup no longer matches what is on record, in any area Reqursor Platform checks. A plugin updated from the store's admin or a setting changed by hand are examples. It is reported, not quietly accepted as the new setup.
Reqursor Platform is designed to flag a serious unexpected change the moment it is found, with a fix proposed for you to approve. One that lingers for over an hour goes into your daily digest, and one that keeps coming back after a fix is flagged as a recurring pattern. A late check is marked stale. Running stores around the clock is still in progress in early access.
The design is a light check on every active store on a regular schedule, with live stores checked more often than test versions. A check only looks and never changes anything, and you can start an immediate check on any store at any time.
No. Each store runs in its own separate environment, with its own network, storage, computing power and secrets, so a problem in one store stays in that store. Separation from other stores is also one of the six areas checked on every store.
